Club History
The Wessex Cat Club was founded in 1955, to cover the areas of Hampshire and Dorset (in the UK).
Our President and Chairman, Mrs Helen Light, was one of the Founder Members and with the exception of a very few occasions, has been Chairman of the Club since the beginning.
Another Founder Member was Mrs Madge Shrouder-May, who was a Vice President up to her death a few years ago. The Club has a Memorial Fund in Madge's name, which helps to promote good health for all cats.

2007 Show + AGM
The 2007 show was held on 3rd March. The results and pictures can be be viewed using the "Cat Show" link at the top of the page. The AGM was held on Sunday 15th April. The club accounts, ratified at the AGM, can be be viewed here.
2008 Show
The 2008 Show will be on Saturday 1st March at the Bracknell Sport and leisure Centre, Berks RG12 9SE. The Schedule can be can found here, and the Entry form is here. Please print out both sides of the entry form, fill them in and send them by post to the address found on the form. Please download the Acrobat Reader if necessary using the link at the bottom of the page. Judge changes.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are due on the 1st January each year and should be sent to the Membership Secretary, or they may be enclosed with a Show Entry.
Single £5.00 plus £1 joining fee Joint £7.50 plus £2 joining fee Junior £2.00 no joining fee The Membership Application Form can be downloaded and sent to the Membership Secretary using the address given.
