Club History The Wessex Cat Club was founded in 1955, to cover the areas of Hampshire and Dorset (in the UK). Our former President , Mrs Helen Light, who was one of the Founder Members and was for many years Chairman of the Club, has sadly recently died. An obituary written by our Vice-Chairman is here. Another Founder Member was Mrs Madge Shrouder-May, who was a Vice President up to her death a few years ago. The Club held its first Championship Show in 1964.

2011 Show

The 2011 Show was held on Saturday 5^th March 2011 at the Fleming Park Leisure Centre, Passfield Avenue, Eastleigh, Southampton.

2012 AGM

The AGM was held on 25^th March. The new committee will be on this web site shortly.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are due on the 1^st January each year and should be sent to the Membership Secretary, or they may be enclosed with a Show Entry.

Single	£5.00	plus £1 joining fee
Joint	£7.50	plus £2 joining fee
Junior	£2.00	no joining fee
