Club History The Wessex Cat Club was founded in 1955, to cover the areas of Hampshire and Dorset (in the UK). Our President and Chairman, Mrs Helen Light, was one of the Founder Members and with the exception of a very few occasions, has been Chairman of the Club since the beginning. Another Founder Member was Mrs Madge Shrouder-May, who was a Vice President up to her death a few years ago. The Club has a Memorial Fund in Madge's name, which helps to promote good health for all cats. The Club held its first Championship Show in 1964.

2011 Show

The 2011 Show was held on Saturday 5th March 2011 at the Fleming Park Leisure Centre, Passfield Avenue, Eastleigh, Southampton.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are due on the 1^st January each year and should be sent to the Membership Secretary, or they may be enclosed with a Show Entry.

Single	£5.00	plus £1 joining fee
Joint	£7.50	plus £2 joining fee
Junior	£2.00	no joining fee
